Resource Expertise Description
Ability to translate business requirements into e2e designs working with the relevant domain Principal Product Leads. Understand customer journeys and work collaboratively with COO to provide understanding of technical feasibility and potential solutions.
Expertise Must Have
Experience in working on solutions and coding of Customer Operations systems, strong communication skills and problem solving.
