About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and modern web technologies to build scalable, performant, and intuitive user interfaces. You will be responsible for developing front-end features for GenAI-powered applications , ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs, and driving best practices in UI/UX and performance optimization . This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable web apps and contributing to innovative AI-enabled enterprise platforms .

Frontend Development Design and build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and related libraries/frameworks. Integrate frontend applications with Python/FastAPI backends and APIs. Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase. Application Architecture & Scalability Implement reusable components, state management and modular design. Apply performance optimization techniques for large-scale applications. Ensure frontend follows best practices in security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility . Collaboration & Agile Execution Work closely with backend engineers, squad leads, and designers to deliver end-to-end features. Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews. Quality & Testing Write unit and integration tests for frontend components (Jest, React Testing Library). Ensure frontend delivery meets defined acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks . Support QA engineers during functional and regression testing cycles. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise (Hands-On) Experience in frontend engineering with strong proficiency in React. Experience with state management libraries . Strong knowledge of API integration, JSON handling, and async data flows. Experience in scaling frontend applications (modular design, performance tuning, caching strategies). Additional Skills Exposure to GenAI-based applications (LLM integration, AI-driven UIs) is a plus. Familiarity with AWS services (CloudFront, S3 hosting, API Gateway integration). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
