WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Product Manager runs the day-to-day product and delivery work across the Performance team's product pipeline: a growing suite of proprietary products spanning audience data, deal intelligence, valuation automation and fan analytics. You will own the delivery rhythm across multiple concurrent builds, working directly with design and engineering to move products from scoped concept to shipped release. The position reports into Simon Margolis, Senior Director, Product, Performance, and is based in the Middle East.
RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCT DELIVERY (60%) Own the day-to-day backlog, prioritisation and sprint planning across multiple concurrent product builds. Write clear product specs, user stories and acceptance criteria that design and engineering can build from without ambiguity. Coordinate design and engineering to keep delivery moving, unblocking issues and managing dependencies across products. Manage releases end to end, including QA, UAT and rollout to internal and client users. Track delivery against roadmaps and flag risks to product leadership early. STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENTS (20%) Gather requirements from internal business units and client-facing teams, translating commercial needs into build priorities. Run product demos and walkthroughs for internal stakeholders and clients. Feed usage data and stakeholder feedback back into roadmaps and prioritisation decisions. Support client teams in adopting and embedding the products into their day-to-day work. COMMERCIAL AND REPORTING (10%) Track product adoption and usage metrics and report progress to Performance leadership. Support commercial cases for new features and product extensions. INTERNAL (10%) Improve delivery processes, documentation and ways of working across the product team. Contribute to resource planning and estimation for upcoming builds.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED 3–6 years of product management experience in digital products, SaaS or data products. A track record of shipping: you have taken products from spec to live, repeatedly. Strong agile delivery skills, comfortable running multiple concurrent workstreams without losing pace or quality. Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce specs and documentation that teams can execute against. Comfortable working with data-led products and understanding how data pipelines, models and interfaces fit together. Where possible and appropriate, confidently leverage and collaborate with AI platforms to increase work efficiency and output. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones is a plus. Arabic speaking is an advantage but not a requirement. Interest in sport and entertainment is advantageous. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR An organised finisher with a bias to shipping fast and proving value. Someone commercially minded who starts with the outcome and works backwards to the product. A clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked. Someone who understands how AI can be advantageous, but how their skillset, combined with AI-driven efficiencies, will drive even greater results than AI alone. An
