Key Responsibilities
As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes including communicating with stakeholders escalating progress impediments managing risk and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product and Solution Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Drive the continuous improvement of Agile Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality Coordinate cross team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments to maintain steady progress Support the development and alignment of program objectives with organizational goals through effective stakeholder engagement Leverage expertise to mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train *This role requires working on Shift Time 3pm ET to 12am ET* Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Master proficiency in Agile Measurement Master proficiency in Agile Planning and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
