Global Security Design & Engineering Manager

Meta is seeking a leader experienced to become part of our Global Security - Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) team. The DEC team endeavors to advance the state of physical security infrastructure and building systems through strategic and innovative solutions. The design & engineering position will support projects within the built environment by creating and continuously improving design products, processes, and tools that enable efficient and scalable physical security solutions. Projects may include supporting Meta’s executives, new technology initiatives, and built environments where we outsource security to third parties. They will endeavor to develop, facilitate, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and consistency in how physical security infrastructure and other building systems are designed and delivered to empower Global Workplace Services (GWS) overall mission to deliver first class workspaces for the business. Candidates should understand critical aspects of project design such that they can guide scalable design solutions for both technology and non-technology solutions within the built environment. This includes working with various cross-functional teams within GWS and Global Security to ensure physical security standards are properly integrated into GWS’s processes to provide predictability in security design and execution.
