 About this opportunity: Join Ericsson to embark on an exciting opportunity in the role of Domain Support Core! You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational activities within our local operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary resources, adequate training, processes, tools and systems to undertake their roles effectively. You will support the field services and contribute to their high performance and progress.

Act as technical escalation point for Core services.  Diagnose and resolve incidents.  Support preventive maintenance activities.  Perform impact assessments for service changes.  Participate in problem management initiatives.  Coordinate with cross-domain teams.  Support service automation efforts.  The skills you bring: Experience in Core Network operations. Knowledge of EPC, IMS, and 5GC technologies. Incident and problem management experience. OSS operational tools knowledge. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
