Purpose     The Workforce Transformation Senior Associate supports HR and workforce transformation engagements for clients, working within multidisciplinary teams and a blended delivery model. The role contributes to initiatives across the HR function and the broader workforce – including HRIS implementation, HR process optimisation, organisational change and adoption, strategic workforce planning support, reward, culture change, learning and development, and operating model and organisation design activities.     Workforce Transformation in this context includes HR function optimisation as well as wider workforce strategy, analytics and operating model changes across employees, contingent workers and digitally enabled (AI/automation) ways of working.     The Senior Associate focuses on analysis, documentation, and preparation of high ‑ quality deliverables, helping to embed digital and AI ‑ enabled ways of working into HR and workforce processes, and providing robust insight and support to managers and senior stakeholders.

Supporting teams in delivering programmes across the following Workforce capability areas: O rganisational change and adoption, HR process/technology implementation, strategic workforce planning, operating model and organisation design, reward and recognition, culture, and learning and development.   Supporting the delivery of end-to-end projects a gainst agreed timelines and quality standards , from design through to implementation, working closely with client stakeholders and other PwC team members.    Assisting in scoping ,
