The Manager, Product Management will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes, generating insights, and providing strategic guidance to optimize business operations across Research and Development Business Insights and Technology. This position requires expertise in forecasting, decision support, research, statistical analysis, real-world data analysis, digital analytics, and measurement. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize advanced analytical techniques to enhance business performance and drive growth.

Acting as primary liaison between the cross-functional teams and all the stakeholders. The person in this role must make sure the information flow is quick and clear so that there is no misinterpretation. Communicate with all stakeholders and come up with right KPIs for the project success. Drives ROI and Values. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for the application of generative AI solutions. Being responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development Team. Take input from all stakeholders’ funnels through him or her to guide in the creation and prioritization of the Product Backlog. Providing clear understanding of what those items mean (in both function and value) aids in maximizing the efforts of the Development Team. Works closely with Product owners and technical leads to ensure clean and clear requirements and smooth delivery. Maintaining the team backlog – With input from TechLead/Architect/Engineering (Development) Team and other stakeholders.
