Support the HR Compliance leader in providing confidential ADA accommodation follow-up and coordinate documentation, communications, next steps, and appropriate escalation. As needed, support background investigations globally in accordance with applicable law, privacy requirements, firm policy, and screening standards; handle findings confidentially and escalate complex matters.
