Your key responsibilities As an Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to engage in various aspects of our projects, including:
Industry Research: conducting in-depth analysis of industries and market trends to understand the dynamics and opportunities for our clients Company financial analysis: evaluating company financial statements and performance to identify strengths and weaknesses Financial modeling: creating and analyzing financial models to assess potential investments and business strategies Meetings with investors and bankers: collaborating with investors, bankers and CFOs to negotiate and optimize transaction terms Corporate strategy support: assisting in formulation and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives Optimization and value creation: identifying opportunities to enhance performance and create greater value for our clients
