About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide proactive, strategic, and highly confidential support to a Senior Vice President within Qualcomm's EMEA organization. This is a critical role requiring a highly organized and resourceful professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, managing complex schedules, coordinating executive priorities, facilitating communications, and helping drive operational excellence across the region. The Executive Assistant will regularly interact with senior leaders, customers, partners, government stakeholders, and employees across multiple countries and time zones. Key Responsibilities will include Executive Support Manage the SVP's highly complex calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, travel, and strategic commitments. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, and expense management. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and events. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Build effective relationships across Qualcomm's leadership teams, regional offices, customers, and partners. Ensure timely follow-up on key actions and commitments. Meeting & Event Coordination Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, staff meetings, business reviews, board-level interactions, and regional events. Manage meeting logistics, agendas, materials, action tracking, and follow-up communications. Support EMEA leadership offsites, customer engagements, and executive visits. Business Operations Track strategic initiatives and executive action items to ensure timely completion. Support budget tracking, purchase orders, expense reporting, and administrative processes. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to support leadership decision-making. Help drive efficient operational processes across the EMEA leadership team. Confidentiality & Governance Handle highly sensitive and confidential business information with absolute discretion. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation where required.
Skills & Experience
Required Significant experience supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, C-level, or equivalent) within a global organization. Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars across multiple countries and time zones. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong business judgement and ability to exercise discretion. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Copilot-enabled productivity tools. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
