Together, we’re transforming how better health happens. Summary of Position In the role of Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of Teladoc Health’s dynamic, fast-moving global supply chain. This is a high-impact role within our organization, with direct visibility and collaboration with our teams in Sales, Finance, Quality, and Member Support. Your efforts will help ensure our members with chronic conditions receive our shipments on time and with the highest level of quality at the most effective cost possible. We’re looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience who has demonstrated their ability to identify meaningful business insights using their creativity, system and data savviness using their robust analytical capabilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to have attention to detail, a curiosity and drive to make discoveries out of mass and disparate data and be proficient in communicating those effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop dashboards to track key Supply Chain metrics such as MRP performance, inventory positions, forecast accuracy, supplier lead time adherence, and service level attainment. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Quality, Marketing and Operations. Manage and monitor Oracle MRP and Supply Planning outputs to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and materials. Analyze planned orders, purchase requisitions, and exception messages generated by Oracle MRP and drive appropriate actions with Procurement and Operations teams. Maintain planning parameters including lead times, safety stock levels, reorder points, min/max quantities, sourcing rules, and item attributes. Support monthly and quarterly supply planning reviews, inventory optimization initiatives, and S&OP processes. Perform root cause analysis on shortages, stockouts, excess inventory, and MRP planning exceptions. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply constraints and improve fulfillment performance. Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities. Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No Qualifications Expected for Position 2-5 years of supply chain experience. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. An analytical approach and mindset. Extensive experience in data analytics, modeling, data visualization tools, ETLs, with expertise with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet-based data management tools. Strong communication skills, including comfort and finesse when presenting to executives. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a technical discipline. Data analytics and modeling skills. Experience with corporate wide data visualization tools (PowerBI/PowerQuery, SQL, Oracle FAW, Microsoft Access, etc.) Experience with ERP systems (Oracle FAW preferred) The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
