Assistant Engineer Quality Management

Failure Analysis methods and development related to Failure modes, FA lab tools implementation, Failure analysis execution, root cause evaluation, IPI.

Key responsibilities in your new role Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects / RE. Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition. Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time. Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations. Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste. Ensure all mandatory / refresher training not overdue in system. Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team. To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent). Must passed SPM including subject Mathematics & English. Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in QM Failure Analysis from Semiconductor. Experience in sample preparation and Failure Analysis analysis tools. Knowledge in semiconductor backend process. Must be able to work in 12 hours Shift (Day & Night rotation) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
