Join us. 職缺說明 英文職稱: Urban Designer III (Building + Places, Taipei) 中文職稱: 資深城市設計師 (建築與人居環境部-台北) AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部(Building + Places)涵蓋多元領域，包含經濟策劃、城市人本空間改造、建築與景觀設計，致力於推動整體城市的宜居品質與永續發展。本職位隸屬於部門下的城市規劃與設計組 (Master Planning + Urban Design)，專注於總體規劃、旅遊規劃、城市設計與開發可行性評估，強調以跨域整合思維，結合空間、產業、基礎設施、財務、環境永續的整合性專業團隊。 工作內容 配合計畫總監與專案經理，進行城市設計與總體規劃專案之執行 指導基礎資料分析、並獨立發展初步規劃設計概念方案 製作並整合規劃設計成果、報告及簡報 對業主進行成果簡報整合設計成果，協助專案提案與報告文件之製作 未來需能利用AI工具，提升工作效率 應徵資格 背景條件 需具備都市設計或都市規劃相關碩士學位，或具有至少 6 年相關工作經驗；具建築專業背景者尤佳。 亦歡迎持都市規劃學士學位，並取得建築（或建築與都市設計）相關碩士學位，且具備 5–6 年建築相關工作經驗者應徵。 技能要求 具備製圖能力，熟悉製圖與簡報軟體（如 SketchUp、Photoshop、Illustrator、AutoCAD、PowerPoint） 具備制定空間規劃的能力，並擁有涵蓋總體規劃與可行性評估的專案經驗 具備高度意願投入總體規劃與都市設計相關的都市發展工作 具備學習與應用 GIS 與 CityEngine 的能力 需為中文母語者或具流利中文能力；良好英文能力者更佳 *具較豐富經驗者將考慮聘任為【主辦城市設計師Project Urban Designer 】。 **申請者請必須投遞 履歷 及 個人作品集 【可請提供雲端連結或上載10mb 以下文件】。 其他資訊 工作地點： 台北市 工作時間： 週一至週五，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00，包含 1 小時午休時間。 出差需求： 不需要出差或外派。 At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
