Labcorp is seeking a Molecular Genetics Intern to join our Research and Development Team l ocated in Durham, NC Work Schedule: M-F / 40hrs per week Job Responsibilities: Gain hands-on development and troubleshooting experience in a lab setting Collaborate with experts across departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement Contribute to cross-functional projects Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry or Biomedical Science Additional Job Standards: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Actively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to work both independently and with diverse team members Excellent communication and organizational skills Join Labcorp’s 2027 Global Internship Program and take the first step toward a meaningful career in healthcare innovation!
