Updated: 5/24/2023 Role Definition Supports, teaches, and leads projects using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities •    Assisting in employing Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives. •    Supporting the design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvements. •    Providing assistance in the implementation of Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements. •    Participating in planning, developing and implementing Six Sigma projects to meet specific quality and performance standards.

Descriptors Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects. Level Extensive Experience:  •    Reports dependencies, conflicts, and completion date status to project management team. •    Develops cost-benefit analysis; tracks and reviews actual costs vs. planned. •    Helps others to develop in-depth knowledge of project administration software. •    Makes sure project problems are surfaced and reported to appropriate project personnel. •    Implements planned and ad-hoc communications to and from affected parties. •    Monitors progress and generates project variance analysis reports.
