In this rapidly evolving world, Zebra Technologies is always looking for new ways to disrupt the status quo, go to market faster, and optimize customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Product Owner to help lead this mission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of a project in Scrum. The product owner is responsible for managing and optimizing the product backlog in order to maximize the value of the product and ensure product vision is met. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset for distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs. Most important, we need a product owner who can help us build better products that people love to use. Objectives of this role Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, and customer needs to align the product roadmap with strategic business goals. Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain the product backlog according to business value, ROI, and customer impact. Act as a highly collaborative bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment on requirements, timelines, and technical constraints. Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and Agile/Scrum best practices to continually elevate team velocity and product quality.

Serve as the communication link between the customer, product manager, and development team. Be the ultimate embodiment of and advocate for the customer's voice inside the development team. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy.  Build and set production process priorities to ensure the development team focuses on high-impact items. Work closely with development teams to oversee new product development, validating that development is exactly on spec and mitigating roadblocks to achieve sprint/release goals. Drive innovation by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (including AI and machine learning) to create competitive differentiation in our product offerings. Actively participate in all team meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure the development process follows the ratified product roadmap.  Provide constructive feedback to Product Managers to continuously refine this roadmap. Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge, answering questions, and supporting product launches by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition. Mentor and guide junior team members and peers, sharing Agile best practices, industry knowledge, and product expertise. Required skills and qualifications 7 + years of experience in product development, product ownership, or a closely related field. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks and tools, including extensive experience operating within Scrum. Practical experience utilizing AI-driven tools to
