It involves assisting customers in selecting products and services that meet their individual needs through demonstrations and personalized recommendations. The role requires developing proficiency in digital tools and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions and onboarding. Success is measured by the ability to build customer relationships, deliver accurate information, and contribute to a positive retail experience. The work impacts the organization by fostering customer loyalty and supporting the overall retail sales objectives through effective service delivery. Job Responsibilities : Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing personalized product and service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction Use digital tools consistently to demonstrate product features and network benefits during customer interactions and onboarding Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey seamlessly across channels by addressing their needs and questions Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support customer experience and team initiatives Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
