Required Skills

3+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Platform Events. 3+ years of Experience in Developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups and governor limits. Experience in working on Salesforce Managed Packages like CPQ. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application architecture. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and Platform Events. Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required). Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required). Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Certinia (FinancialForce), or other ISV managed packages is an added advantage. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Gearset. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
