About our team The TikTok Money Platform is responsible for providing a one-stop solution for financial matters across various monetization scenarios of TikTok.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) This role supports Money Platform's delivery lifecycle end to end — from pre-sale requirement intake, through implementation, to post-sale support. You will help make delivery clearer, more standardized, and less manual, working closely with product managers, business lines, and engineering teams. 1. Gather requirements from business units and translate them into clear, executable solutions for the product team. 2. Support product launches/delivery end to end, from artifacts preparation through to user/developer enablement activities. 3. Validate API integration flows and guides through end-to-end integration & testing, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the developer experience. 4. Use coding and AI tools to automate repetitive delivery/process workflows and reduce manual effort. 5. Work with customer support and QA to turn product feedback into self-service support flows (e.g. FAQs, chatbots).
