Job Title Clinical Education Specialist Job Description Clinical Education Specialist As a Clinical Education Specialist you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering clinical education and training solutions for Philips employees, channel partners, and customers globally.
Your role
Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning services, educational programs, and training solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and global business needs. Develop and maintain clinical and technical training content for MRI and Advanced Visualization solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, eLearning, videos, assessments, and supporting learning materials. Delivering training programs to a global audience across multiple regions and time zones, adapting instructional approaches to accommodate diverse learner needs, cultures, and experience levels. Serve as a subject matter expert for MRI clinical workflows, imaging concepts, and related applications, translating complex clinical information into effective learning experiences. Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Clinical Applications, Marketing, Service, and regional teams to support product launches, upgrades, and continuous learning initiatives. Analyze learner feedback, training metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of training programs. Mentor and support other learning professionals by sharing best practices in instructional design, training delivery, and learner engagement techniques. Manage multiple training development and delivery projects simultaneously, including planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and adherence to quality and compliance requirements. Drive innovation in learning services by evaluating and implementing new instructional technologies, delivery methods, and educational strategies. You're the right fit if: You hold a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Engineering or other relevant field. You have 2+ years of experience in Learning Services, Clinical Education, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, or a related field. You have 2+ years of MRI clinical, MRI applications, or MRI education experience in a healthcare, medical imaging, or healthcare technology environment. You have demonstrated expertise in MRI clinical workflows, image acquisition concepts, anatomy, pathology, and post-processing applications. You have experience delivering training to clinical professionals, healthcare providers, field personnel, or customers. You have fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex clinical and technical information for a global audience across different regions, cultures, and experience levels. You are highly technology-savvy, comfortable working with AI-enabled tools, digital learning technologies, and emerging solutions, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and think creatively about how technology can improve learning outcomes. You have experience developing instructional content for classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning environments (preferred).
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is €61,185.00–€101,976.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
