Manage and strengthen relationships with TE Connectivity’s key automotive distributors across Central Europe. Execute business plans that support Automotive Distribution growth across the EMIA region. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline together with channel partners. Drive demand creation and convert opportunities into revenue through disciplined funnel management. Collaborate with distributor sales teams and internal stakeholders to grow Point-of-Sale (POS) and Point-of-Purchase (POP) performance. Deliver product training and increase awareness of automotive solutions within distributor organizations. Work closely with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Demand Creation teams to ensure successful execution. Conduct regular business reviews and monitor inventory, demand signals, and account development plans. Key Targets / KPIs Achieve profitable POP and POS growth. Increase demand creation and opportunity conversion rates (TERP conversion). Drive TAM-to-DTAM growth within strategic accounts. Deliver organic revenue growth through account development plans. Maintain healthy inventory levels and support sustainable business growth. Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of sales dashboards and tools. Your ideal background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical/commercial experience. Experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, Product Management, or Distribution sales. Background in electronic/electrical components or other technical B2B products. Proven ability to manage strategic customer or distributor relationships and drive business growth. Experience in demand creation, pipeline management, and sales opportunity conversion. Comfortable working in a large, matrix organization with KPIs and structured processes. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting tools. Strategic thinker with a
