Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing methods. They analyze product specifications to determine appropriate designs and processes that support these customer requirements. You would apply your skills to develop, test, modify, and create solutions through a collaborative effort with various teams. As a Manufacturing Engineer with our Raytheon team, you’ll apply your skills to help to develop, test, modify and create solutions through a collaborative effort with our stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Design, control, and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team Improve cycle time and lead time Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring Create and oversee improvement projects Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes Perform hardware defect analysis Participate in corrective action investigations Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering must be obtained by start date. Experience with interpretation of technical documentation Experience with project execution U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contracts Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
Qualifications
