Job Title: Sr. Manager - Product Security & Agentic AI Security   Band: 4D   Location: India  Experience: 10+ Years   Role Summary   Genpact is seeking an experienced Product Security professional to support the secure development and deployment of Agentic AI and AI-powered solutions. The role will partner with product, engineering, cloud, and business teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle and ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements.

Drive security activities across the ADLC/SDLC for AI and enterprise applications.   Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and design reviews.   Lead and govern security testing activities including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.   Review cloud deployments and implement security best practices across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.   Define and enforce secure implementation standards, security guardrails, and remediation requirements.   Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to drive security requirements to closure.   Support security compliance initiatives including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks.   Communicate security risks and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

10+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Cloud Security.   Strong hands-on experience with:    Threat Modeling   Secure SDLC/ADLC   SAST, SCA, DAST   Penetration Testing   Security Architecture Reviews   Cloud Security   Good understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, IAM, and DevSecOps.   Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements (SOC, ISO, NIST, etc.).   Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.   Proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.   Preferred   Experience securing GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, or AI-enabled applications.   Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security, AWS Security.   Experience working directly with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.   Key Success Factors   Security-first mindset with strong business acumen.   Ability to simplify complex security concepts for non-security stakeholders.   Strong ownership, accountability, and execution skills.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.   This role will play a critical part in establishing security-by-design practices and security governance for Genpact's rapidly expanding portfolio of Agentic AI solutions.
