Job Summary:** The Procurement Coordinator will support the procurement department at CROWN Emirates Company Limited by manage end‑ to ‑ end procurement of all spare parts, consumables, general supplies, and capital equipment — both local and overseas — ensuring timely availability of materials required for uninterrupted plant operations and execute quotation management, supplier negotiation, purchase order creation, invoice processing, freight coordination, and supplier follow‑up while maintaining compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls. Job Responsibilities:** Strategic & Operational Procurement Manage all local and overseas purchases of spare parts, tools, consumables, and general supplies. Source and procure capital equipment once approved by Head Office. Conduct market surveys to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing. Quotation, Negotiation & Supplier Management Send RFQs and negotiate for best price, delivery lead time, and payment terms. Follow documented procurement procedures and maintain compliance with internal controls. Maintain continuous liaison with plant stores and department heads for technical requirements. Purchase Order & Documentation Management Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy of specifications and pricing. Process invoice payments after goods receipt. Maintain computerized procurement records and documentation. Logistics & Freight Coordination Consolidate overseas freight shipments from USA and UK with multiple forwarders. Ensure timely delivery through continuous follow‑up with suppliers and freight agents. Local Purchases Make cash purchases below AED 1,000 as required. Receive local purchase items and coordinate handover to Stores. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/procurement software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
