The EMEA Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TAO) UK Team Lead is responsible for the management of operations by the EMEA WITA TAO On-boarding Team and ensures that goals and metrics are met. In addition, the role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, leading organizational change initiatives, and supporting strategic transformation efforts to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and the employee experience. In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities: Management of operations for the EMEA WITA TAO Onboarding Team (10+ members) Drive metrics of the team, holding monthly evaluations, and coaching/development of team members Ensure service continuity, backups availability and succession planning; Guarantee that resources, capabilities and capacity meets business demand Make sure service delivery KPIs are met Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient; Participate in various reengineering and standardization projects Stakeholder management and building relationships with our partners Identify risks before they occur, work out proposals to mitigate them. Lead change management initiatives across the Onboarding function, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models while maintaining service stability and client experience. Champion continuous improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, quality, controls, and employee experience. Partner with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic transformation programs and drive execution of organizational priorities. Drive innovation through adoption of automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions, including support of OMAI initiatives, to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery. Act as a change leader by fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, agility, and accountability within the team. The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills: 5-7 years of related experience in the shared services industry 2-3 years of experience managing a team Well versed in developing new ideas and improving current processes Strong Communication and Presentation skills Excellent analytical skills Skilled at building partnerships across functions and regions Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational, process, or technology change. Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions and regions. Experience leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or business simplification initiatives. Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience. Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities, with the ability to support adoption within an operational environment. Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Fluent English language skills.
