About this role
As the Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy, Portfolio & Intake, you will own the strategy engine behind Best Buy’s membership program, shaping what membership becomes across every tier, from free through Total and the co-brand card. Day to day, you’ll build the business cases, run the intake process for new ideas, and write the briefs that drive enterprise prioritization. A successful candidate turns member and business needs into a build-ready portfolio and partners closely with Delivery and Go-to-Market to bring it to life. If you love setting the “what and why” and influencing senior leaders, this is your role. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. What you’ll do Develop membership strategy and value proposition across all tiers. Build business cases that size opportunity, return, and trade-offs. Own the program portfolio and run a deliberate, stage-gated intake process. Write prioritized briefs and omni-channel requirements that hand cleanly to Delivery. Direct an Associate Manager and a shared Analyst while partnering cross-functionally.
