Cutover Strategy & Planning

Develop and own the overall cutover strategy, approach, and governance framework. Create and maintain integrated cutover plans covering business, application, data migration, infrastructure, security, and reporting workstreams. Define cutover scope, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and contingency plans. Establish cutover governance, communication, escalation, and decision-making processes.

Cutover Execution Management

Lead end-to-end cutover execution activities across all project workstreams. Manage cutover command center activities during mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and production go-live. Coordinate execution of pre-cutover, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live tasks. Monitor cutover progress and ensure timely completion of critical path activities. Manage issue resolution and stakeholder communications during cutover periods.

Mock Cutovers & Readiness Assessments

Plan and execute multiple mock cutovers to validate timelines, procedures, and dependencies. Conduct go-live readiness assessments and ensure all entry and exit criteria are met. Measure cutover performance and identify optimization opportunities. Drive lessons learned and continuous improvements across rehearsal cycles.

Business & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate activities across functional, technical, business, and third-party teams. Facilitate cutover workshops, planning sessions, status meetings, and leadership reviews. Present cutover readiness status, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership and steering committees. Work closely with business process owners to ensure business readiness
