What this job involves: As a Transaction Manager for Australia Post's parcel locker network expansion, you will be at the forefront of a transformative initiative that is reshaping the future of parcel delivery across Australia. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers to secure prime locations for parcel locker installations, directly contributing to the growth and market presence of this iconic Australian brand. You will blend strategic thinking with operational acumen, negotiating favorable terms while collaborating closely with Network Operations teams to ensure all potential locations meet stringent suitability and safety criteria. What your day-to-day will look like: Drive transactional conversion and strategic partnerships to expand Australia Post's parcel locker network across key property portfolios Identify, engage, and negotiate with property owners, managers, and occupiers to secure optimal locations that meet operational and safety requirements Collaborate with Network Operations and Projects teams to prioritize roll-out strategy and ensure all potential sites satisfy established suitability criteria Manage relationships with existing property partners to maintain momentum and drive implementation of parcel lockers across their portfolio networks Coordinate license instructions to Paralegal teams, ensuring negotiated outcomes meet established KPIs and support the achievement of 35 parcel locker installations per week Adopt and maintain the SalesForce transactional platform, providing comprehensive reporting on pipeline status, market segment performance, and installation progress Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for management, regularly reporting on progress, challenges, bottlenecks, and emerging opportunities Stay informed about retail market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities to inform leasing strategies Contribute to the strategic direction of the expansion program by reviewing processes, brainstorming innovative
