Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency:  English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Truist Corporate Finance Group originates and structures bank debt in the Commercial and Corporate Banking (TCCB) supporting leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalization transactions, and other capital structure transformative transactions involving founder and private equity owned companies. The Corporate Finance Analyst plays an integral role in supporting senior teammates in new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution, while building relationships among key stakeholders within the bank. Responsibilities involving, but not limited to due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development. Truist’s Corporate Finance Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give Analysts all the tools they will need to be successful.  After the classroom training, Analysts join the Corporate Finance team to play a meaningful role in supporting senior banking professionals.  Corporate Finance Analysts will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of TCCB and clients, and gain experience the corporate finance playbook and products through on-the-job training. Within the group Analysts play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients.  The Corporate Finance Analyst position is typically a two-year position. Minimum Requirements :   Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027 Proven analytical ability and attention to detail  Solid leadership and interpersonal skills  Superior written and oral communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  FINRA licenses: Securities industry Essentials Exam (SIE), Investment Banking Series Exam (79) and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (63) or ability to attain within 120 days of start date .
