Overview
Responsible for serving as an integrated consultative learning partner for Information Services projects, including the implementation and continued support of software and other technologies. Strategize the most effective methods for and develop, deliver and facilitate both initial and ongoing training for end users. Location & Travel Details: This is a remote position. Responsibilities
Ability to understand complex implementations and translate technical documentation into easy-to-understand training for end users Collaborate with project teams to provide solutions to training focused issues with implementation and ongoing training for technology solutions Manage the entire design and development process, including needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for specific technology focused training Provide expert recommendations on the most appropriate modality and/or method for content delivery Develop and improve training content including applying relevant instructional design theory and philosophy, curriculum development and visual design elements Apply adult learning and development pedagogy to ensure effectiveness of training programs Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the company and with external vendors to develop and assess relevant learning and program outcomes Utilize creative strategies to develop multi-modal delivery of training programs (Instructor-led, online, hybrid) to meet the needs of diverse learners and site logistics Coordinate with Instructional Design team and Communications & Creative Services department to develop audio and visual collateral for
