The Process Engineer is responsible for providing engineering and process controls support to manufacturing operations through the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability, product quality, efficiency, and cost performance. The Process Engineer applies engineering principles, statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools to support new product introductions, process validations, equipment implementation, and manufacturing optimization initiatives. This position plays a key role in evaluating new technologies, conducting process characterization studies, and implementing sustainable solutions that enhance operational performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and controls to improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Conduct process characterization, capability studies, designed experiments (DOE), and data analysis to improve process understanding and performance.
