Job Description
Summary: Our vision is loved brands, done sustainably, for a better-shared future. We strive to serve our customer's businesses, refresh their guests, and grow together. As a Sales Manager, you will manage all aspects of a customer’s business, including strategic assessment, sales forecasting, conducting regular business reviews, and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy. We are looking for people passionate about building relationships who are results-driven and embody our leadership and growth behaviors. What You’ll Do for Us Lead a portfolio of customers by developing growth strategies that create long-term value for both the customer and The Coca-Cola Company. Build deep, trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and executive leaders, serving as a strategic advisor who understands their business, priorities, challenges, and growth ambitions. Conduct impactful business reviews that go beyond performance reporting to establish a clear growth agenda, align on priorities, and strengthen customer commitment to joint business plans. Activate and lead cross-functional resources across the Coca-Cola system, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions for customers. Influence senior-level customer stakeholders to gain alignment, remove barriers, and advance strategic initiatives that drive mutual business results. Demonstrate ownership of your business by prioritizing opportunities, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results through disciplined planning, execution, and follow-through. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability while contributing positively to team performance and customer success. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. 3+ years of successful sales, account management, business development, or customer leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, uncover growth opportunities, and develop fact-based recommendations that create value for both the customer and The Coca-Cola Company. Proven experience leading annual business planning, conducting executive business reviews, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies and measurable results. Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both customer-facing and executive-level settings. Strategic thinker who anticipates customer, category, and industry trends and proactively develops solutions that support long-term business growth. Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration by activating cross-functional resources, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across complex customer opportunities. This emphasis aligns with the existing Sales Manager role description and collaboration expectations. Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability. This reflects qualities highlighted in your interview and leadership materials regarding thriving in ambiguity and independent business leadership. The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
