Your proactive mindset and strong communication skills help you navigate fast-paced workflows with ease, especially around major campaign events and runway initiatives. A Day in the Life: As a Sample Operations Associate at 11W, you play a critical role supporting seasonal campaign execution by managing the pull, tracking, and organization of samples across all key touchpoints. You use your campaign knowledge to follow product through all in-studio editorials, on model shoots, and PDP. Your core responsibilities include: Seasonal Campaign Execution Pull all campaign samples using Airtable input buys, starting 3-4 weeks prior to style outs Partner with Product Development and Production teams to track and communicate ETAs for late ad/rush samples Support Merchandising and PD in large-scale sample reviews, documenting sample notes for companywide visibility Coordinate sample shares with PR to ensure availability across campaign milestones Set up showrooms for campaign pre-meets, style outs, and still life meetings alongside merchandising and marketing teams Pack campaign product for local and international shoots, ensuring compliance with international shipping protocols and invoicing requirements Own Sport Campaign Execution: Oversee Sport sample pulls, coordinate logistics, packs, and provide on-set support to ensure seamless shoot execution Support International & Supplemental Campaigns: Drive sample operations for all off-calendar, global, or supplemental shoots—tracking samples from 11W/499 to destination and back Airtable Management Oversee all sample notes and approvals for in-studio shoots/editorials Track production ETAs for seasonal "At-Risk" product for PDP and OM Sample Expertise & Cross-Functional
