Turning Point drivers transport patients to and from various locations both local and long distance using company vehicles. The ideal candidate will be motivated, work well with direct supervision, have ability to make decisions quickly, and be able to work well in a team environment. Ten (10) years driving experience operating passenger car, van or bus. One (1) year experience in a patient field, preferred. Experience working with substance abuse or behavioral health patients, preferred. Current Georgia Driver's License with: no more than 3 moving violations during the past 3 years no multiple violations for driving without insurance no more than 2 accidents on record for the past 3 years no DUI or DWI convictions within the past 7 years Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team without continuous supervision. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential job function; reliable transportation is required. Company vehicles are used for patient transport.
