Senior Staff Engineer Final Test Technology & Innovation

Drive the development and optimization of semiconductor final test manufacturing solutions for Digital Mixed Signal and Memory products. Lead new test technology qualification, troubleshoot production issues, improve equipment efficiency, and drive innovation, productivity, and quality improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and enable test technology manufacturing capabilities for Semiconductor Back-End Final Testing on Digital Mixed Signal and Memory Solutions portfolio. Package level electrical testing, using the latest Automated Test Equipment, best in-class Test Handling & Contact designs Package quality inspection using state of the art mark, scan and vision equipment Qualification and release of new Test technology solutions (e.g. equipment, hardware's, interface materials) from project inception to full production release Troubleshoot production manufacturing / operation topics related to test equipment, test hardware using systematic methodologies & tools Drive for the implementation of test solutions to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) 7) Drive and manage Innovation, Productivity & Quality improvement initiatives Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Material Science Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing environment Experience in handling Final Test and Memory solution platform equipment and related hardware's in Semiconductor environment Knowledge or experience on Wafer test process including prober equipment, hardware interface will be an added advantage Pro-active attitude with ability to handle multiple projects assigned in a fast pace environment Systematic & process oriented in a fast and agile working environment Posses good communication skills, technically analytical and with a good technical presentation know-how Work effectively with a global & multi-cultural teams, with a good influencing skills to achieve best-in class solutions #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
