What you will do
This position requires outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills with minimal direction. This individual will provide support for continuous improvement efforts across the site and aid in improving the site’s CORE maturity score. This individual will help the site identify and implement improvements to how we work in order for the site to be more efficient by utilizing the CORE principles. Assist with CORE activities for improving business process & results by improving CORE awareness and skills for applying the CORE principles. Assist with coordinating and scheduling CORE events, including assessments and events across the site. Translate, distribute and maintain limited to mid-scope of the CORE policy and procedure as is necessary to support the business. Maintain CORE data management and training tracking. Develop routine reports detailing CORE activities for the site. Develop basic communication materials that outline CORE criteria, goals and assessment results as it relates to the business. Track the status of CORE projects and trainings. Assist with the development and deployment of CORE programs and principles to assist the site in driving continuous improvement. Manage submitted recommendations for process and procedural changes to reduce waste and improve efficiency to ensure they are reviewed and feed back is provided in a timely manner. Complete and achieve CORE Apprentice Certification within 30 days of hire. Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be willing to take initiative to identify solutions to problems that are not always well-defined. Other duties as assigned.

You Must Have: High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
