Position Overview The Senior Director, Practice Systems, Product & Business Enablement is a strategic leadership role within the MSO Technology Solutions organization, responsible for the vision, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement of the non-clinical systems and workflows that power day-to-day operations across the MSO. This includes practice management and other business-critical platforms supporting scheduling, patient access, check-in/out, insurance verification, prior authorization, revenue cycle workflows, and related administrative functions. This leader will operate with a strong product mindset, ensuring that technology investments are tightly aligned to business priorities, user needs, and measurable operational outcomes. They will work in close partnership with field operations, revenue cycle, clinical and administrative leaders, and technology partners to identify high-value problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver practical solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve billing accuracy, increase throughput, and support a high-quality patient and staff experience. A key part of the role is translating operational needs into clear product direction and disciplined specifications that can be executed in partnership with a Principal Architect / Forward Engineer and an AI-enabled delivery model. This leader does not need to be the deepest technical architect, but they must be highly effective at framing problems, defining desired outcomes, driving prioritization, and enabling rapid, high-quality execution through strong collaboration with architecture and engineering partners. As the MSO expands into new specialties, markets, and care models, this leader will ensure that core business systems and workflows remain scalable, adaptive, and performance-oriented. The ideal candidate brings a combination of healthcare or adjacent provider workflow experience, product-oriented leadership, and a relentless focus on incremental business value.
