Job Function: Legal & Compliance Job Sub Function: Enterprise Compliance Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BCT Associate EMEA, located in Poland, Warsaw. This role plays a critical   part   in enabling the effective delivery of compliance within EMEA. As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will provide guidance,   review   and approvals   of   business activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance,   approvals   and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key contact for event compliance, contracts, and payments;   maintain   auditable records for all process stages   Review,   validate   and approve business requests ( e.g.   HCP interactions, sponsorships, educational grants)   Prepare, draft, review and   validate   contracts using approved templates,   systems   and processes   Ensure all activities are fully compliant, with   appropriate documentation   and approvals in place prior to execution   Support oversight and integrity of transparency reporting activities, ensuring accuracy,   completeness   and   timely   delivery   Deliver training and coaching to the business on compliance processes and regulatory expectations   Support HCP/GO travel and accommodation processes, in line with company policy and local requirements, where applicable and   in accordance with   the agreed operating model   Support PO creation, payment   processing   and related documentation to enable   accurate   and   timely   payments, where applicable and   in accordance with   the agreed operating model   Participate in business discussions to provide Business Compliance   expertise   and execution of business activities   Communicate clearly across a diverse and geographically distributed stakeholder group   Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders and   provide   timely   guidance on compliance processes and requirements.   Support onboarding of new team members   Report and escalate issues   as appropriate,   to the Senior Specialist and in line with team governance and escalation pathways       Qualifications :

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred ( e.g.   Business, Life   Sciences   or related field), or equivalent professional experience     E xperience and Skills – Required   Experience in compliance, contracting, or a regulated environment   Demonstrated ability to   provide   compliance guidance and approvals   Strong IT and   organisational   skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts constructively    Excellent communication and customer service skills   Able to work independently,   proactive   and flexible   Strong attention to detail and commitment to audit-quality standards     Experience and Skills – Preferred   2-3 years’ Health Care industry experience
