This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain project momentum. The position demands proactive problem-solving to address challenges that arise during project delivery, while continuously optimizing processes and leveraging available tools and training to enhance overall project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management. - Experience with identity and access management frameworks and best practices. - Strong knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity management. - Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premise applications. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security and access issues.
