Digital Tools Analyst

The Digital Tools Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing digital tools and business processes that enable efficient sales operations and user adoption across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure digital solutions meet business requirements, function effectively, and deliver value. The analyst provides front-end support for sales-related processes, drives adoption initiatives for BTAB programs, participates in requirements gathering and testing activities, and supports quality assurance efforts to ensure the successful deployment of new features, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
