About the Role
As an Analyst Sr. Lead, Strategy & Planning , you will shape and execute the Capital Markets AI agent strategy, accelerating the adoption of AI-powered capabilities across client-facing products and workflows. You will evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities, develop business cases for AI investments, and collaborate across Product, Technology, Architecture, Data, Risk, and Commercial teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning and financial analysis expertise with hands-on experience applying AI technologies to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead strategic planning initiatives that support long-term business growth and organizational objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, emerging AI technologies, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks. Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to evaluate AI investments, partnerships, and innovation opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on growth, transformation, and operational priorities. Lead cross-functional planning and execution efforts across Product, Technology, Data, Architecture, Risk, and Commercial teams. Design and improve operating models, planning processes, governance frameworks, and performance measures. Monitor KPIs and strategic metrics to inform decision-making, resource allocation, and execution priorities. Drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, decision quality, and customer value. Develop build, buy, and partner strategies for AI-enabled capabilities, assessing vendors, partnerships, and internal development options. Serve as the primary business stakeholder for strategic AI initiatives, defining objectives, success measures, governance, and executive reporting. Mentor team members in strategic planning, financial analysis, business modeling, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Significant experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, product management, business analysis, or related disciplines. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex recommendations effectively. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions. Strong understanding of market analysis, strategic planning frameworks, and performance management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience using AI platforms, copilots, agentic technologies, reasoning models, or workflow automation tools to improve business outcomes. Experience developing business cases, operating plans, or strategic recommendations involving AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field. Experience in financial technology, banking, payments, financial services, or other regulated industries.
