Early feedback from customers and stakeholders is an important part of how we develop and improve our software. Our product, tools, and infrastructure place high technical demands on the team, including high-performance application development, low latency, embedded systems, troubleshooting, and large-scale data handling. AI-assisted development is also becoming an important way to improve productivity, quality, and learning. As a Junior Software Developer, you will work closely with your Product Owner, stakeholders, and a small cross-functional team. You will contribute to feature development in a collaborative environment where the team shares responsibility for delivering according to backlog priorities. We are looking for an ambitious and curious person early in their career who wants to grow, learn, and help the team improve.
What you will do
You will help design, implement, test, and maintain features from requirements to deployment. The team has life-cycle responsibility for parts of the product and continuously improves how we work through automation, refactoring, knowledge sharing, and experimentation. Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, troubleshooting, improvement, and knowledge sharing. Analyze requirements and propose software designs Automate and execute test cases, troubleshoot, and correct faults Refactoring and Continuous Delivery Contribute to improvements, innovation activities, and hackathons Share knowledge and learn from internal and external sources The skills you bring: Newly graduated with MSc level in Computer Science or the equivalent level of knowledge Fluent in English, written and oral Skills in software development, preferably using Erlang, Python or other functional language Curiosity about AI-assisted development, automation, and data-driven problem solving Meritorious qualifications: Knowledge of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, HTTP2, TCP/IP, Linux, containers, or AI-assisted coding tools The characteristics we hope to see in you: We are looking for someone who enjoys software and product development in a collaborative environment.
