You will be ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest experiences, leading, training, and inspiring the spa team to consistently meet and exceed service expectations while maintaining the spa's atmosphere and ambiance. You will also manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting, while collaborating with other departments to promote spa services. Additionally, you will ensure all treatments meet health and safety regulations, and you will drive marketing efforts to boost guest engagement and revenue.
