About this role

The Equipment Operator supports cementing operations by operating and maintaining oilfield equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. This role involves driving Class A vehicles, rigging up/down equipment at the wellsite, and working closely with field crews to support daily operations. Training will be provided for candidates with little or no industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operate pneumatic trailers, silos, positive displacement pumps, and related equipment. Rig up and rig down iron at the wellhead. Connect and handle 4" hoses for water and dry product transfer. Drive Class A vehicles to and from field locations. Participate in pre-job meetings and safety briefings. Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or deficiencies. Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Support field and maintenance crews as needed. Work a rotational schedule.

Qualifications

GED required; High School Diploma preferred. Valid Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain as required. No oilfield experience required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
