Our modern Event Center offers you the opportunity to explore new paths in the MICE business. Thanks to your strong understanding of processes and guest needs, you ensure the seamless planning and execution of events and group business. With your exceptional organizational skills, professional approach, and keen attention to detail, you support the Convention Sales team in its day-to-day operations while taking ownership of your own projects and client accounts.Working closely with the Director of Convention Sales, the Proactive Sales team, and the Revenue team, you contribute to optimizing business levels and driving the continuous development of the team. You collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure that events and group bookings are expertly planned and coordinated from the initial inquiry through to execution, because for you, every detail matters. What your responsibilities are...
You are responsible for the professional planning, organization, and execution of conferences, events, congresses, and group bookings (guest rooms). You coordinate and prioritize tasks within the team and help ensure the smooth execution of all processes. You support the optimal allocation of event spaces and contribute to maximizing the hotel's occupancy and revenue opportunities. You ensure clear and professional communication of all event-related information and operational details across departments. You serve as a key point of contact for our clients, conduct site inspections, and oversee important events as the on-site contact person. You assist with budget planning, forecasting, and the achievement of revenue and profitability targets within the Convention Sales department. You prepare analyses, reports, and performance evaluations to support strategic and operational decision-making. You are responsible for preparing proposals, contracts, and final billing for events and group bookings. You support the Director of Convention Sales in managing the administrative and operational activities of the Convention Sales team and act as their representative in their absence. You contribute to the onboarding, training, and development of team members and apprentices, actively sharing your expertise and knowledge. You support the recruitment of new team members and help ensure their successful integration into the team. You work closely with all hotel departments and actively contribute to a collaborative and successful cross-functional working environment.

You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the upscale hospitality industry. You are highly organized, able to maintain oversight in a fast-paced environment, and know how to motivate and support a team. With your professional, authentic, and confident demeanor, you inspire both clients and colleagues alike. You are fluent in both German and English. You
