About this Role Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse by supervising Warehouse Associates, coordinating work assignments, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized and efficient work environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring materials are picked, staged, and distributed accurately while maximizing employee productivity and maintaining company standards. What You'll Do Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the daily activities of Warehouse Associates, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. Assign daily work responsibilities to Warehouse Associates, including material orders, concrete production, wood cutting, and warehouse/yard cleaning. Review picks completed by Warehouse Associates to verify the correct materials and quantities prior to fulfillment. Monitor Warehouse Associates’ productivity, pick accuracy, and completion times to ensure performance expectations are met. Provide timely notification to field crews via email after each order and been packed, ensuring all materials have been accounted for before notification is sent. Ensure all completed orders are staged neatly, accurately labeled, and organized for efficient pickup. Coordinate customer and employee material pickups by:
Verifying packing slips. Obtaining signatures from the individual receiving materials. Taking photographs of all materials being released.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies on pick tickets by communicating with the appropriate Formsite approver before materials are released. Observe employee performance and provide regular coaching, training, and constructive feedback to management regarding Warehouse Associate performance. Ensure all warehouse personnel follow company safety policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and yard environment. Responsible for the daily opening and/or closing of the warehouse/office, ensuring the facility is secured and ready for operations at the beginning and end of each workday. Participate in the warehouse wait-time. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
What You'll Bring Qualifications Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience required. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Experience using warehouse management or inventory software is preferred. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is required (training will be provided).
