Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members; assign work, provide continual feedback, and advocate for career opportunities. Plan, coordinate, and execute software‑development activities. Support program development, ensure compliance with engineering processes, maintain customer focus, and serve as the technical conscience for programs. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of such engineering applications and products such as laboratory simulation systems, airplane flight control and display systems, avionics, mechanical and electrical systems, weapons armament, commercial and military aircraft systems, mobile and ground-based defense systems, space systems, and other systems and applications of this nature. Insures the interface with customers, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel. Basic Qualifications 
 • Must currently hold an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
