What You Can Expect



Join our Engineering team to provide technical leadership in the development, validation and continuous improvement of additive manufacturing technologies that enable innovative medical devices.

How You'll Create Impact



• Lead the development, optimisation and validation of scalable additive manufacturing processes for regulated medical device production

• Develop site strategy, lead equipment selection and creation of business cases for new technologies

• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, external suppliers and academic partners to ensure state of the art additive manufacturing capabilities are maintained

• Drive technical problem-solving, process capability, yield, throughput and continuous-improvement initiatives

• Act as the technical authority and operations support for additive manufacturing equipment, materials, supporting technologies, ensuring compliance to latest industry and regulatory standards

• Define process controls, critical parameters and monitoring strategies to ensure consistent product quality

Your Background



• Master’s degree or PhD (preferred) in Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing or Materials Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least five years’ engineering experience in medical devices, life sciences or another highly regulated manufacturing environment

• Experience in additive manufacturing process development is preferable

• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional technical projects through to commercialisation

• Strong knowledge of process validation, risk management and quality-system expectations, including FDA and ISO 13485 environments

• Proficiency in statistical and problem-solving methods, including DOE and process capability; Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable
