The Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across HR Operations. The role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, Centres of Excellence, HR Technology and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize processes, systems, and operating models. This individual will lead projects from inception through implementation, applying data-driven insights, to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, partner experience, quality, compliance, and risk management.       Role and Responsibilities    Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.    Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.    Facilitate process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.    Analyse operational data and develop insights to support decision-making.    Support the implementation of technology, automation, AI, and self-service solutions.    Develop business cases, project plans, governance materials, and executive presentations.    Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation.    Partner with HR, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive change and adoption.     CRUCIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE     Experience in Operations / Shared Services, Con sulting, Project Management or Continuous Improvement    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.    Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar platforms.   Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or project management methodologies.   Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.   Work Authorization Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
